Terms of service
The terms we work under, written plainly. If anything here is unclear, ask before you agree to it rather than after.

Who these terms are between
These terms apply to work carried out by TechVez Global Ltd, registered office Regus, Cardiff Gate Business Park, Malthouse Avenue, Pontprennau, Cardiff CF23 8RU, for you as the client. By accepting a quote or paying an invoice, you are agreeing to them.
Where we have signed a separate written agreement with you, that agreement takes priority over anything here.
Quotes and scope
Prices shown on this website are for the packages described on the pricing page. Anything else is quoted after a conversation, so the number reflects the actual work.
Before you pay, we confirm in writing what is included. Work outside that scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly or billed as a surprise.
Payment
Fixed price work is invoiced before it starts, and work begins once payment has cleared. Ongoing work is invoiced monthly.
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
Where an engagement includes a share of profit, how that profit is calculated is agreed in writing before the engagement begins, and you receive the workings with each invoice.
What we need from you
Most delays are caused by waiting on content or access. To keep to a timeline we need text, images, logins and answers to questions within a reasonable time.
You confirm that any material you give us is yours to use, or that you have permission to use it. We are not responsible for content you supply.
Changes and revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed on the pricing page. A revision means changes to work already delivered, not new features or pages added later.
We will always tell you when something is a change rather than a revision, before doing it.
Ownership of your accounts and data
Your accounts are yours. Domains, hosting, stores, ad accounts and analytics stay in your name throughout, and we work inside them with access you grant.
Once work is paid for, the finished work belongs to you. If an engagement ends, we log out from our side and you keep full access to everything. We do not hold accounts or data as leverage.
Third party software we use stays subject to its own licence, and any subscriptions are in your name and paid by you.
Things we cannot promise
We do not guarantee particular sales figures, rankings or advertising results. Those depend on your product, your market and the platforms, and anyone promising numbers up front is guessing.
We also cannot control decisions made by marketplaces, payment providers or search engines, including suspensions. We will help you recover from them, and we say so honestly when something is outside our hands.
Ending an engagement
Ongoing work can be ended by either side with 30 days written notice. You pay for work done up to the end of the notice period.
Fixed price work that is cancelled after it has begun is charged for the portion completed. If we have not started, you get a full refund.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot legally be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you have paid us for it.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, which is why backups and account ownership are treated seriously in the way we work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
These terms are a starting point written for clarity, not legal advice. Before relying on them for larger contracts, have a solicitor review them. Questions? Ask us.
