Who we are

TechVez Global is a digital and IT company based at Cardiff Gate Business Park, Malthouse Avenue, Cardiff CF23 8RU. We are the data controller for the information described on this page. If you have any question about it, email info@techvezglobal.com or call +44 7782 754057.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. Nothing on this website tracks you or builds a profile of your browsing.

When you use the contact form, the pricing enquiry form or the newsletter signup, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name, if you give one
• Which service or package you are asking about
• Whatever you write in the message
• The IP address the message was sent from, used only to stop automated spam

Why we use it

To reply to you, to quote for work, and to deliver work you have asked us to do. If you subscribe to updates, we use your email address to send those updates until you ask us to stop.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third party analytics. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated first and you will be asked before anything non essential is set.

Job applications

If you apply for a role through our careers page, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your covering note and the documents you attach, which will usually be a CV and sometimes a cover letter.

We use it to assess your application and to contact you about it, and for nothing else. We do not share it outside TechVez Global and we do not use it for marketing.

Your files are emailed to us as attachments. They are not stored on this website, and nothing you upload is written to the web server.

• If you are offered the role, your application becomes part of your employment record.
• If you are not, we keep your application for up to twelve months in case something suitable comes up, then delete it.
• You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time, and we will.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. It is handled by the people at TechVez Global who need it to answer you.

Your message is sent by email and stored with our web host and email provider, who process it on our behalf. Where we use a mailing or accounting tool for updates and invoices, the same applies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Records relating to paid work are kept for as long as UK accounting rules require.

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Job applications are covered above, and are deleted after twelve months unless you ask us sooner.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You can also object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict that use.

Email info@techvezglobal.com and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we respond, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk.

Keeping it safe

This site is served over HTTPS, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiries is limited to people who need it. No system is perfect, and if a breach ever affected you we would tell you, and the regulator, as the law requires.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date below. Significant changes affecting how we use your information will be made clear rather than slipped in.
